Being curious and educating myself constantly is one side of the coin. The other one is giving back to those who will come after us. Enabling them to do a better job than we did.
Isaac Newton once explained that if he had seen further than others, it was due to the fact that he was standing on the shoulders of giants. Meaning that he could only do what he did because he could rely on the ideas, research, and support of those before him.
That is why I am a VPLT education pilot.

On Women in Tech I mentor young women in challenging career situations.

I hold workshops on the topics of event planning, technical management, crowd behavior, psychological first aid, mental health in events, stress, and women in the industry.
From the summer semester 2024 on I will teach Event Management at the BHT Berlin.
