Real-life can sometimes be challenging. Circumstances change and need adaptation. Therefore flexibility and creativity are core skills with which I meet challenges of all kinds. There is nothing worse than sticking to a plan that is already outdated. As a stage manager or light system tech, I see that everything goes according to plan and quickly adapts to changes.
